Electroliner #164 Weathered Sonic Blue
Electroliner #164 Weathered Sonic Blue
How can you beat this classic ‘60s color combo of weathered Sonic Blue over sunburst finished off with an aged mint pickguard!
This particular Electroliner features a pine body made original California forest Pine, part of a multi-generational dating back to the early 1900 lumber plantation. What’s even cooler? This mill is still run completely on it’s original steam powered on site mill. Felled, logged and aged for years and then turned into some of the coolest guitars we’ve EVER built.
Some of my favorite features? The Lollar 64’s, Highwood Saddles (seriously these are genius), incredible satin feel on the neck and the modern’ish 12” radius and 2 1/8” bridge spacing.
Specs:
Old Growth Pine body
25.5” scale Wenge fretboard / Roasted Maple neck
Hipshot tuners, Wilkinson Trem with Highwood Saddles
Lollar ‘64 set (our favorite singles)
8lbs 1oz
One note about our satin finish: we have the best satin clear on the market. We love this finish, it feels every bit as good as an oil finished neck but with out the gum or upkeep. Incredibly organic and is thinner than the actual color layer. These weathered series have the absolute thinnest finishes that can be sprayed.
