Welcome to Nomm-drian 2026
You know the rules..
We’ve been doing the Boutique Guitar Showcase at NAMM for 8 years now and we have one simple rule, we MUST be the brightest, most obnoxious table every year and 8 for 8 now.
This years theme is less of a theme and homage to artist Piet Mondrian. This has been a long time project I’ve wanted to do and when I pitched it to Josh here in the shop he quit on that spot.
No just kidding, but it did take him about 20 hours per guitar just to get thru the color. Super proud of the work he and the rest of the team put in on this years collection.

Were does one begin to describe this Piet Mondrian inspired Gripen. Gripens cubist design already drew inspiration from Mondrians artwork and was what kicked this entire project off in the first place. Gripen’s tapered wings especially create contrast with out clashing with the linear nature of this artwork.

Rounding out… angle’ing out the NOMMdrian lineup is this Draken. Mondrians style fits perfectly with the angular nature of Draken, perfectly accenting all of it’s beveled edges. The carbon reinforced roasted maple neck topped of with a matching headstock is elegance personified.

Lollar Thunderbird Pickups
This Korona is a celebration of both Korona’s new curves and a case study in juxtaposition. Josh did an amazing job combing Mondrians linear nature with the curves of Korona. This particular one features my favorite pickup from Lollar, the Melody90 neck combined with a J-Street bridge, it’ll take you from jazz to rock and everything in between.

This Electroliner might be the secret winner of the NOMMdrian lineup, certainly our most slept on model. My favorite detail is the pickguard itself, taken with a slightly different approach than the rest of the lineup, with the heavy pinstripe creating the illusion of depth. Combined with our favorite Lollar ‘64 set and a great excuse run some fun colors for pickup covers9
